“Take towel and flip flops with you so you don’t get stung with overpriced mandatory items . If you want to do some serious ‘length ‘ swimming you need a swimming cap. We went at 10am which was a good time as it started to get busy by midday. 2-3 hours was suitable time to do outside spa ( yes it was December but the pool was lovely and warm) and the indoor pools and spas . Use the radiators around the pools to keep your towel dry . The building was clean, changing rooms sufficient and the architecture was amazing .”
