Great communication via WhatsApp and answered all my questions. Had water and snacks ready for us. It’s a long drive and the hot springs were beautiful, but way more crowded than I expected (it was a Sunday). So the pools were full, as well as long lines for the toilets, to rent a locker, to get tokens for the shower, and for the actual showers 2euros for 2minutes), which took away from the time to enjoy the hot springs.”
